Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Email us within 48 hours at mypetlifestyle.store@gmail.com

• Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

After reviewing your case, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending.

Chargebacks

We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks with all supporting documentation. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
